Stress, such a small word and it has become so much of a part of our daily life that at times its absence just Makes us sick. True, I think so too.

There are many definitions, interpretations of Stress but in the simplest terms - Its nothing but coping up with your daily schedules.

Stress has been said to have a positive effect as it helps us fight competition, perform better and always stay ahead, but its repercussions can and have been for most people very severe and damaging.

The cascading effects of it can be seen slowly over the years. There is so much that can be written but ‘m just going to write down few which have always been a part of our life fortunately or otherwise.

So, let’s just simplify what could cause stress and how can we NOT avoid it but control it and channelize it to our advantage.

CHANGE - We are always afraid of change. Anything other than the usual, other than our routine habit causes a sudden disturbance in our work. CHANGE is permanent. Change is good as it lets you think on a wider and larger scale. It might be a new thing to you but life is long enough to allow you to keep learning new things and gain newer experiences. So, Honestly, Change is also better and today’s change will definitely be the routine of tomorrow. So welcome it.

Trust - A word that I believe holds the world together. Trust your instincts. Don’t always go by your mind which has been calculating every single idea and judging every individual for us today. Do not get carried away in the rat race so much that you are actually scared to give your inner self to someone who says ‘’Trust Me'’, ‘m there for you. Try making decisions based on your HEART for a change. It too has a mind of its own, a world & space of its own. Never be judgmental. So let the hearts breathe freely. Let yourself be held by someone who makes you feel you are needed. You are special; know that and that would just kill any fear that you have thus easing any pressure that you feel.

Passion - I believe in Passion. Your passion with something or someone would never fade. Passion just refuses to age. So be passionate about stuff in life. It always keeps your hopes alive and always wants you to know that sooner or later you would have achieved your ‘’ idea'’ as it won’t be about fortune or fame but it will be about a dream, your dream.

Work - Honestly, there is nothing wrong in doing too much at any given point of time. You just need to be doing it with a purpose and always try sharing your work, thoughts and ideas with those who are not exactly part of it but are definitely some part of you as it will make you feel important and once that feeling is in, one automatically feels good that the whole day has been utilized and lived with a purpose. Like it’s said ‘’ It’s only when you share, you are truly happy and when you are happy you can make others happy'’

Food - Eat good food, healthy food with loads of vitamins, proteins like cucumber, carrots, Spinach, beans, the more you consume of fresh vegetables and fruits the more energized your body feels and the more fresh you feel from within as its very true to say ‘’u r what u eat ‘’ Stay away from Smoking, Alcohol, drugs, etc. and eat healthy and think Better.

GREEN - Something that everybody recommends, a day out at the Greens to travel to places that has lots of greenery and has water flowing as these two in combination have always worked wonders for your mind. They are said to be the best stress relievers ever.

And finally never feel shy to compliment. Just think about it. How easily do we criticize about others views / works / ideas? Then why should it be difficult to say something nice about someone and always say it immediately. It has an awesome impact, both for the sender of the message and obviously - the receiver of the message.

THE GIST: Be passionate, confident, never lose hope, always know that finally an idea thought with a good heart never fails - eat well, sleep well, think a lot and by god dream well!!!

Smile through your day and just see the pain go away Trust Me. It works.

I guess if all of this being true and we accept ourselves and our people - Life Automatically becomes stress free.

Well, i will add one more to your list and that is Dignity. You have to respect yourself so others can do so too.Its connected to your self esteem which in the wild world of tec sauvy world we are losing in the name of individualism.
